As teachers we need to create a positive and challenging learning enviroment but the most important thing is to have a good relationship with your students.

We have to create confidence with our students in order to apply some strategies.

All teachers need to know show create a positive and challenging enviroment for their students by applying some strategies.
Teachers need to catch student's attention to apply some techniques to teache (we need to do interective class).

The enviromente is really important because  some students don't like talking and interacting one another. Teacher explotion is necessary when  a teacher ir teching a complex topic. Teachers have to know what is the good way the students learn.
